Here’s the deal: We’re going to Disney this December, so I’ve decided to extend my wedding special from earlier this year and offer it on all my remaining open dates.

The discount package includes up to 6 hours (continuous) of wedding day coverage, a password protected online gallery, online slideshow, and the high resolution edited digital files with a personal reproduction release. All this for only $1000!  Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour, and a second photographer can be added for $50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

If you’d like to add a bridal, engagement, or boudoir session, they are only $100. They don’t include the digital files, but those can be added for only $200. I also offer studio sessions as well as on location. These sessions don’t have to be added to a wedding package; anyone can purchase one.

Also, with the exception of albums, all products are 25%. This includes prints, canvases, cards, guest books, printed proofs, a dvd of the slideshow, etc. (Only applicable to new sessions.) Contact me for a list of the discounted prices.

The wedding package is currently only available for 2009 wedding dates, subject to availability, but I do have an early bird special for 2010 wedding dates. A signed contract and $500 retainer are required to secure your booking.  Travel fees will apply to wedding more than 50 miles from zip code 37764.

I’m looking for a couple. I don’t care about age, gender, married, engaged, just dating, etc. I do have a few other requirements though. First you have to be able to ice skate at least a little. Second, you have to be okay with mild public displays of affection. Nothing much, just some smooching.

Holiday’s on Ice kicked off off over the weekend at Market Square. I’d love to do an engagement style session. With a signed model release, you’ll get your session free (subject to my availablilty), and you’ll get some free prints too. If anyone out there is planning on proposing, this would be an awesome opportunity. Send me a message, and we can work out all the details.

Christmas is fast approaching! I know some of you are in the same boat as me – the grandparents and/or great-grandparents expect cards and photos of the little ones this time of the year. Only problem is you don’t have time for a full session, or finances are too tight.

I’m offering holiday mini sessions to hook you up! You’ll get up to one hour of photography in one location of your choosing. (Outfit changes are fine, as long as time permits.) I only have time for a limited number of these sessions, so don’t wait too long to book yours! All sessions must be completed by November 23, and all orders must be placed by 6 PM on Dec 6 to guarantee Christmas delivery.

The mini sessions are $150,  and includes $100 print credit good towards prints or photo cards.

Print prices are:

• Wallets (8) – $15
• 4×6           – $10
• 5×7           – $15
• 8×10         – $20
• 11×14       – $35
• 16×20       – $55
• larger sizes available, contact me for details

Other times, such as canvases, calendars, albums, and ornaments are available, but cannot be purchased using the print credit. Contact me for details and pricing. Examples will be available for viewing at your session.

And let’s not forget the reason most people get portraits done this time of year – the photo card. I have 25 card options available for mini session clients, and YES, you can use your print credit towards the purchase of these. These 25 represent my favorites and client favorites. Some are from last year, and some are brand new offerings for 2008. (Custom designed cards are available with full sessions.) When you come to your session, I’ll have samples of all the papers available and well as a book with the card choices in it. You can also view them here. The cards are available in increments of 25 cards and are $50 per pack.

Portrait parties can also be arranged. These are super mini sessions! They are only $25 per per family and last approx 20 mins. There is a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 required. Only prints and cards are available and follow the pricing above. If your print and card totals are $150 or more, you will receive and additional 10% off. $300+ qualifies you for 20% off.

One person will act as the hostess or host and will be in charge of signing up others and collecting orders. The hostess will have her session fee waived and is will receive 20% of total print and card sales in print credit. For example, if the total sales from all orders, pre-discounts, equal $600, the hostess would then receive $120 print credit.

As a participating photographer, I offer a donation of services for those that have been diagnosed with breast cancer or completed treatment with in the past 12 months or are currently undergoing treatment.  Eligible clients will receive a complimentary session, 20 5×7 prints, and a 25% discount off additional purchases.

I also offer a few special products for all clients – the live laugh love collection. With the purchase of any of these 3 products a $25 donation will be made to the Beverly Family Foundation.

For the month of October, any sessions completed will include a complimentary 10×20 storyboard from the live laugh collection. Additionally 25% of all profits from these sessions will be donated to the Beverly Family Foundation, including the session fees.
